Therefore, when it comes to facial cleansing for dry skin, it is important to use a very gentle cleanser that does not irritate your skin. Our basis sensitive Cleansing Milk and Hydro refresh Micellar Water are specifically designed for dry skin. Both products gently and thoroughly cleanse without drying out your skin, leaving it feeling smooth. Additionally, our basis sensitiv Gentle Facial Toner is gentle on the skin, gently clarifies, and is a great addition to your routine.
Blemished & Combination Skin
When it comes to facial cleansing for blemished and combination skin, it is important to remove excess oil from the skin while also combating impurities. For both skin types, we recommend our Pure Beauty 3in1 Wash, Scrub, Mask with salicylic acid. It deeply cleanses, fights skin impurities, and helps against blackheads and pimples. As an exfoliant, it also removes dead skin cells and refines your pores. Additionally, we recommend our basis sensitive Cleansing Gel and basis sensitive Cleansing Foam for these skin types. All these products deeply cleanse the skin and help restore the balance between oily and dry skin areas. Our Pure Beauty Liquid Refiner, also formulated with azelaic acid, is specifically designed for blemished and combination skin. It gently refines your complexion and effectively removes dead skin cells.
Sensitive & Delicate Skin
For facial cleansing of sensitive and delicate skin, you should particularly gentle cleansing products that soothe the skin and avoid irritation. It is important not to cleanse your skin too often or too intensively. Our tip: Cleanse your sensitive or delicate skin primarily in the evening to give it a break. Our basis sensitive Cleansing Milk is well-suited for this skin type. They provide gentle facial cleansing and leave your skin feeling pleasant.
For sensitive and delicate skin, we also highly recommend fragrance-free products. These can help avoid irritations that could be triggered by fragrances. Our basis sensitive Cleansing Foam is fragrance-free and therefore suitable for sensitive and delicate skin.
Natural Facial Cleansing for Every Age
Proper facial cleansing and care are important at any age: whether for young skin during puberty, mature skin from age 45, or skin during menopause. The right facial cleansing routine helps at every stage of life to free the skin from dirt, sebum, makeup, bacteria, excess oil and dead skin cells, making it clean and receptive to further care products.
With different ages, your skin may also have different needs. For example, sebum production decreases with age, which can lead to increased dryness. Therefore, cleansing products with rehydrating properties that do not overly dry out the skin are suitable- such as our basis sensitive Cleansing Milk. During menopause, you should opt for mild and soap-free cleansing products. This will protect your skin and minimise moisture loss.
